Lahore, September 22, 2015: Coca-Cola Pakistan has come forward to help the flood affected across Pakistan. The company has pledged Rs. 7.5 million and partnered with reputable organizations to provide assistance to those who have been hit by the recent floods. .
Coca-Cola Pakistan along with its partner organizations will provide relief goods to more than 2000 families (14,000 individuals), affected by the floods.  The goods include dry and staple food items, such as rice, lentils and oil, which will be distributed in the flood affected areas of the Punjab.
Speaking about the program, Rizwan U. Khan, General Manager, Coca-Cola Pakistan & Afghanistan, stated, “During this time of hardship, we feel that there should be no limit to the support. Our response to the floods is an expression of our commitment to communities we serve,” he added.
“Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited believes that in order to be a successful company, we need to be a socially responsible corporate entity. Our support aims to ensure that we are recognized as a proactive and responsible corporate citizen by all stakeholders,” stated John Seward, General Managing, Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited.  
Since 2010, Coca-Cola Pakistan has been at the forefront of providing emergency relief to the flood affectees. The company alone has donated over Rs. 35 million for flood affected areas across Pakistan, providing immediate relief to over 30,000 people and initiating long-term rehabilitation projects focusing on education and self-employment.
