The Coca-Cola Company has announced another year of the Coca-Cola and Faiz Ghar partnership for the innovative 'Coca-Cola Book Bank' activity at Faiz International Festival 2018 which will be held on the 17th & 18th of November 2018 at Alhamra Art Centre, Mall Road, Lahore.

Every year, The Coca-Cola Company, promotes literacy and volunteerism through ‘Coca-Cola Book Bank’. Coca-Cola Book Bank is the award winning campaign by Coca-Cola which was first launched in 2014 with a purpose of instilling a sense of responsibility among the general publics and urging them to donate books for students in Coca-Cola funded schools. Through our partnership with Lahore University of Management Sciences, and non-profit organisations like The Citizens Foundation and CARE Foundation, Coca-Cola has successfully enabled quality education for millions of students across Pakistan who belong to a humble background.

Speaking about the activity, Rizwan U. Khan, General Manager of The Coca-Cola Company, Pakistan & Afghanistan Region said, “As a responsible corporate citizen, The Coca-Cola Company believes in taking lead in the field of education and supporting educational initiatives to foster the development of education all over Pakistan.”
In 2016 Coca-Cola Book Bank won the SABRE GOLD STANDARD Award for “Best Social Media Campaign”. Therefore, to leverage the importance of literacy as a key pillar of our Corporate Social Responsibility portfolio, Coca-Cola wants to undertake this activity. The partnership with Faiz Ghar poses the perfect example of two socially responsible entities coming together for a noble cause.

We request everyone to partner in this activity to donate books for Coca-Cola Book Bank. After collection, the books will be donated to our partner organisations; The Citizens Foundation.
