Nadeem’s role in The
Coca-Cola Company is to take care of business development in Pakistan and
Afghanistan Region, with special focus on innovation pipeline (NPD’s) being a
Commercial Lead. As a commercial lead, handles stocks management in close
collaboration with marketing team and the bottlers;
Besides this, Nadeem is also responsible for McDonald’s being the largest & prestigious fountain customer with relationship management, joint business planning and execution of key strategic initiatives that lead to win : win for both the business partners.
My achievement in Coca-Cola…have managed to adapt very quickly, able to achieve a rapid career advancements and accomplishing many milestones on the way, leaving legacy in marketing services, establishing business in Afghanistan despite the negative perception and putting discipline & structure in many business management routines in PAR. Able to lead & drive from the front with complete ownership, dedication and commitment that has resulted in achieving a sizeable volume & revenue growth from such a war-zone and highly disturbed area. Regardless of my family’s concern & other negative perceptions over my assignment in politically instable Afghanistan, I always remained determined to accomplish the Company’s business goals in that region,
My advice to young professionals…always set your vision right benefiting from your strength, stick to it no matter what life throws at you, always challenge your potential and deliver the best in your capacity. When you practice the foregoing, no one can stop you from progressing further.
